We live in a world wherein Information
Technology has invaded almost every phase of human life.
The school of Information Technology began
with a B.Sc. course in Computer Science and has now three faculties
in its fold.

with U.G., P.G. and a Professional Diploma
Courses. The School is also engaged in extensive extension activities
in spreading computeracy among the staff of Governmental and
Non-Governmentsl Organizations, thereby benefiting society through
the facilities built up in the campus.
